Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Miansai packaging, ensuring all tags and protective pouches are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
